The day there are good jobs in Mexico and it is not controlled by a clique of rich families that I have read about, everyone will want to move back. Mexico is a great country and has great potential. As for taking over the US, well yes, some areas are getting a majority but I hope folks from Mexico realize they are coming to the US and become good citizens like so many have come to the United States from other lands. (I am of Irish background)

I seriously doubt it. Americans are pissed, and are demanding that the ones that are here illegally be shipped back, and we want our borders sealed. Also, Americans are starting to be really mean to Mexicans, and gradually, they'll see that America isn't such a great place for them anymore. Americans are starting to fight to get these crimianls out of our country. The politicians are seeing the anger across America, and will make it tough for illegals, because if for nothing else the politicians want to keep our votes, and like I said, the vast majority of Americans can't stand Mexicans.

Hispanics are already the majority in the town where I live and in the state (Texas) although for some odd reason, they're still called minorities. They're not. The anglos and blacks are the minorities now.
Why should they "take over" if they're Americans? They are guaranteed rights under the same Constitution like any other American.
It's the illegals you don't want to take over. They don't belong here.

I sure hope legal Americans who are of Mexican descent will blend into the country and just be regular Americans.
The question is "Which country do you feel a loyalty to?" If it is America....great...that is what America is all about.
If your loyalty is with Mexico, you really don't belong here. People should have citizenship with the country they feel loyal to.

According to the census, Mexicans and immigrants from central, and south America will become a very strong majority in this country....
I think that has a lot of people scared....Its silly because we are people too....True we are different, but still human beings and some of us are even legal and US citizens....

First off who are you a Mexican if you were born in the US!!!!
Not too many would be as upset if people would consider themselves Americans. I am an American don't call me an Aferican American, just a American.
Join the group. If you claim your old country first, GO BACK, PLEASE

Nope... these folks want to live a nomadic existence, free from the Mexican and US governments. If they had an interest in building a society they could have done that back home.
Clearly that's not really important to them.

Take over what? Mexico is a big ally of the United States and a prominent trading partner. We need them, they need us. I doubt there will be an insurgency by Muslim zealots in Mexico.
