Actually in the Rambo 3 DVD extra we hear Col. Trotman give John Rambo the secondary mission of killing Osama but alas Osama was back home visiting his family during that time.

i dont thik rambo trained osama per se, but u are correct because that film was based during that time when america had to step into afghanistan to counter soviet expansion in the middle east, they provided the mujahideen with US arms to battle the soviets.
but yeah, there is a strong chance that osama received his training then

In the past, we have trained Afghans, turks, and yes, Iraqi special forces and such. There are few people we have not aided when we thought it would serve our purposes. Many of them are now our enemies.
