So many reasons. I don't hate the continent of America.
Primo: America isn't a country, it's a continent. I live in Québec, yet am American. And I don't come from the States.
Secundo: politics and economy. Right wing, idiotic decisions, capitalism. And the overzealous bigots you own, that I have never seen over here (Wait! I once saw a group of American Born Agains who had come to Montréal to do publicity. They were laughed at, of course)
Tertio: Your Monkey-assed president.
Quarto: The fact you start wars, and don't seem to care about human beings as individuals, other than yourselves.
It's not hate, just a big deception. I notice that little more than half the country makes up the reason why I don't like it very much.

i think that people who say they hate america is really saying that against the government. people in europe and the middle east have reason to hate what america does i guess. they dont understand that as the leading world power it is our responsibility to go where we are needed. even if the people there dont particularly want us. i have spoken with people who hate the government and they all say, they dont have a problem with the people here. but, then again, they dont live in or know anything about capitalism or a democratic society. all they know is what they have been told and that isnt very good. i dont hate america, i dont hate anyone or anyplace. hate is an ugly thing.

I don't hate America but I am not blind to it's faults either. Everything has positives and negatives America included.

Because our country is full of rude, fat, annoying, idiotic people and is run by a homophobic president who can't do his job right. I hate this place, I hope to move somewhere else soon.
