Try to cut the damaged part, and cut your hair as short as possible, maybe up to your neck. Wait till grow long, then u need to protect it, like doing treatment and using good shampoo.
My friend last time damaged her hair after a few times of rebonding and dying, she cut her hair short.. Now it has grown long and much better

Well it depends on how damaged your hair is ... but your hair will grow better if you keep it trimmed ... and maybe try using a hot oil treatment .. only brush when dry ... air dry instead of blow drying and use a good shampoo... some dont realize the cheap shampoos have the same thing as peroxide in it ! Good luck !

After cutting off the split ends, hair maintenance is important. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Then, when you shampoo, you want to apply conditioner and leave it in for 3-5 minutes minimum. Rinse off thoroughly, then after towel drying, apply a little bit (about 3-5 eye drops worth) of olive oil and dry natural. This process will make your hair noticeably healthy.

Depending on how long it is you are best off just cutting it as short as you are willing to go.
Avoid overstyling with heat, do not use hair products with alcohol in them (like hairspray) because they dry your hair out and do not color or bleach often. A nice deep conditioning treatment once a week like Aussie 3 Minute Miracle works wonders too!

do you use any tools on it? like a straightening iron or curling iron? those KILL your hair... unless you put a leave- in conditioner first... i don't curl my hair often, but if i do, i use herbal essences leave- in conditioner, and my hair is still full and shiny. if it's from the sun, or anything else... try pantene proV conditioner.. the blue one... it says like 6 ways of better hair or something... also.. garnier fruitis is a deffinate.... also, ask your haircutter if she has any ideas...
best of luck!!
