Check your diet. You need a Potassium and Calcium in food. Plus a fiber.

Um, how's your potassium intake? Low electrolytes may reason leg cramps, and that i imagine dehydration can too. Um, possibly more effective stuff. i'd go purchase a gatoraid and drink it some hrs earlier mattress, and perchance eat a banana with it. See if that works. in the adventure that they go away, it possibly changed into eletrolytes

Maybe the excess vitamins you take is what is causing it..I know cramps can be caused by excess/not enough of certain things in your body. ESPECIALLY calcium and potassium! Talk to your doctor to get more information.

You really shouldn't take potassium pills unless suggested by a physician. Try eating bananas instead. Have a hair analysis done to see if you are lacking vitamins and minerals, before you mess your electrolytes all up.

Yes. If you are not using glucose as cell energy you are going to be producing lactate in your muscle cells in the place of your muscle cells not producing adenosine triphosphate.
Magnesium won't help. Adding carbs to your diet will help so the glucose is available for your muscle cells to create the correct power source.

Dr, can give you meds for leg cramps . Quinine {Not sure if spelled right} but it helps. stopped mine..
