That I regret? Hmmm, as much as I'd love to answer this, I can't say that I have done many things lately, and the ones I have done are not necessarily regrettable, or regretted.
I could say... I regret being rude to the lady at the bank this morning (she didn't want to tell me how much money I had in my account! The rotten maggot). Why do I regret? Because she bit off my left arm afterwards, and I am left-handed.
