"Daiquiri Mix". This mix is a blend of very berry strawberry and lemon. Just add water and rum to the package mix in a 2 quart pitcher. Mix well and freeze for 3 1/2 hrs. or so. Remove from freezer, stir with a whisk, and serve.

"RUM-O-NADE" Cool and refreshing like a good, frozen tropical drink should be. A hint of lime, a hint of lemon, a hint of coconut, just the right combination. You will have that "island time" feeling in no time. Just add water and coconut rum to the package and mix in a 2 quart pitcher and put in the freezer for 3 1/2 hrs. or so. and sit back and taste the islands.

Margarita Mix, need we say anything else, except maybe that it's always 5 o'clock somewhere. For a party pitcher of margaritas, add 12 oz. Tequila, 36 oz. water, 6 oz. triple Sec and the margarita mix. Mix well, put the pitcher in the freezer and freeze to the consistency you desire. Serve with a salt rimmed glass.

Sex on the Beach is a nice light tropical drink.... I am assuming you want the recipe to serve a large amount of people so here is an easy way to mix it.....you can increase or decrease the amount of liquor depending on the strength you want it to be.
I used this to serve at my wedding since it is my fave drink.

One Bottle each of Malibu Rum and Peach Schnapps. One half gallon each of pineapple and orange juice (total= one gallon of juice). Add enough grenadine to turn pink.......Stir well. You can also add chunks of fresh fruit such as oranges, pineapples strawberries.

I recommend chilling the liquor and grenadine in the fridge for approximately 24 hours before mixing.

If you wish to make single servings the recipe is

2oz. Malibu Rum
2oz. Peach Schnapps

3oz of pinapple juice
3oz of orange juice

Splash of grenadine.

Shake with ice and strain. Or you could even blend it with ice for a frozen treat. Again feel free to toss in some fruit chunks.

Amaretto Slush

1 Cup Sugar
4 1/2 Cups of Water
6 oz Frozen Lemonade
6 oz Frozen Orange Juice
1 Cup Amaretto

Mix & Chill

Very, very yummy. It's snow cone-like in texture. Good to eat with a spoon out of summery glasses, although you could drink it with a straw too.

Mango and pineapple juice blended with somewhat sprite is tremendous with or without alcohol, once you're including alcohol i'd recommend mild rum or vodka. Limeade and vodka is tremendous, and coconut vodka with margarita mix makes an fantastic shooter. Vanilla vodka and pineapple is yet another good one.

Piña Colada with Amaretto.

-Pineapple juice.
-Coconut cream.
-Highfat cream.
-Crushed ices.

First you mix all this, then you add the amaretto (in the traditional recipe, you are supposed to use white rum). Mix again.

Serve and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
