From which country are people allowed to come from illegally and and stay, if they are already here? And/or what website(s) can I find this information at?

I think you are talking about Cuba. It is the "wet foot, dry foot" policy.

Right now it's mexico and central american countries....read about 'catch and release', and the INS...and all the people that are supposed to show up for a deportation hearing, but 'forget' to show up, or they get a visa and they 'forget' to renew it....then the INS 'forgets' to pick em up...

I think the whole thing would clear up fast if they started doing some employer-level enforcement, meaning that if you run a business, or even if you're a private citizen, whatever, if you're hiring illegals, you get fined HARD. Another thing that needs to happen is you need to show ID or you don't get ANY kind of public assistance...countries like Mexico need more problem solvers, people that can figure out how to take care of their own citizens' needs so they stop running for the border. It's not like they don't have the resources, just that they lack the will...build the border fence, and that'll be a great start...

If you are already here then they want to send you back so the logical answer to your question sadly, is NO country. If you dont have the legal right and proper documentation to travel and overstay your 6 month limit, then you are considered an alien. Every country especially those with the major minority population is being bashed for coming to america and taking over jobs etc. Read the news for further info.

Pretty much any country with the exception of Cuba. It's just wrong. The other countries enforce their own border control and security measures, but we sure don't.

From NO country ... if you're illegal you're illegal, no matter where you're from ... do it legally, or don't do it at all!
