i want to know how many or total number of US troops died during the conlict in Vietnam

Oh this is for all you people who say "Vietnam was the worst war ever." I know they did a big sacrifice there and I respect that. But god damnit everyone is forgetting about the Korean war. Do you people realize that even though we lost 58K people in Vietnam in 10 years. We lost I think 63K people in Korea IN 3 YEARS. People seem to forget the sacrifices people made in Korea, I don't know why it is so forgoten. Just remember as bad as Vietnam was, you had a better chance of surviving it than you did Korea. In a manner of speaking, Vietnam looks like a tame war if you compare the differences between these to wars. Nobody take me wrong I think everyday about the sacrifices people have made for there country and I thank god every day that these people did what they did. Just don't forget, because the way our history is going. We almost have.

REMEMBER agent Orange also killed many as another death linked to Vietnam.. They count too.

To be exact its 56,756 troops died in Vietnam which we should remember how they served and never forget them) and god bless amercia!!!!!!!!

I've seen figures ranging from 52,000 to 58,000... it depends on who you call 'combatants'.
