Some do, but it's very rare. Most of the men that have platonic relationships with women are usually gay.

Men are perpetual "procreation machines." That means they are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS looking at women. If a man has a strictly platonic relationship with a woman, he either does not find her attractive, has tried and failed to be with her, is too shy to try and be with her, or he is gay.
