Go to Family Services or Legal Aid in your county.
Call the county courthouse if you don't know where to find them near you (just call and ask for either agencies phone number-you don't have to tell them your business)
They will help you--Go to Legal Aid first--they will tell you what options you have. And they will not hurt you in any way.
Follow their advice to the tee.

Ok i am an immirgration consultant, The only way you can become legal is u go back to the country u came from and apply legally. If you get caught here and get deported you must go back and serve jail time and then when u come out u must apply legally. Most likely u wont get in.

No no no... this is not a stupid question... And is actually very intelligent.. I commend this "illegal" by actually wanting to apply for citizenship.. unlike many others.. who worship that la raza blah blah...
Do a google search.. you'll find almost anything you want.. Look up keywords such as U.S. citizenshp.. INS, applying for U.S. citizenship, etc...
But before you do this.. it's kind of a serious thing..dude... Are you willing to assimulate to the American way... or do you plan to fly your flag at or above the American... or without the American flag?
Because I have a big problem with that.

Go to your nearest Sheriffs Dept. and show them your gun and tell them that you want to be a legal American. Just tell them; "see I have a gun just like all Americans, now let me be an American too". If they are like the law enforcement here in the South East they will sh*t themselves with fear and give you anything you want. Well.......it seems like that is what is going on anyway......... .

how did you get in Legally or illegally ? if you entered legally, you should get married or get a job and you're employer can sponsor you.
If you entered illegally you cant make up your paperwork unless the goverment gives you some kind of chance.

i think you can apply within the US and take a test
don't bring too much attention to yourself as you have just done, tho
and anyone who tells him to go back to mexico, you are all hypocrites cuz first you say to do it legaly, as he is trying to do, and now you don't want mexicans in the usa period
