what i'm talking about is why doesn't rubin carter get as much attention as muhammid ali or george foreman...just because he didn't fight as much does'nt mean he isn't good...can anybody answer this for me????????????????

Because today there are about 20 championship belts out there. Back in Ali's day, there was only one. You were either the champ, or you weren't. Now there are a dozen 'World Heavyweight Champions', so no one can keep up.

there are too many champs out there, Years ago there was only one champ in each division 8 champs,to get a title shot a contender would have to fight the champ in a non title bout, if he won he would get a title shot maybe
