I think it's easiest to take the subway (Metro) from Gaithersburg, since the driving directions are pretty complicated, not to mention the parking problems.
You get on at Shady Grove, take the red line to Metro Center, where you will get off. This is a link to a map of the Metro System, so you can see it for yourself and print it if you choose.

Take the 13th street exit. Walk West along G Street to 14th Street, then turn left, going South on 14th Steet. In 3 blocks you will be at the White House Visiter Center, and the White House.
Here's a street map of the area from the Metro Center exit, and shows the White House (Pennsylvania Ave and 14th Street) and it's visitor's center.

Have a great trip.
If you have enough time, contact your senator or congressman. They can arrange special White House passes.

Why the hell are they determining of persistence? Illegals are people who destroy our rules and sponge off people. If something, tax payers are dropping persistence. i don't care what those people might desire to assert. what's particularly surprising is they even have faith they are real. I recommend it particularly is like me breaking into your place and then suing on your ignore. If Obummer supplies them amnesty, there is not any way in hell he gets reelected. i comprehend that's random, yet "Casa Blanca" grew to become into an exceptionally good movie! hahaha
