What about nuns?

it depends on the priest or the nun.
Even many religious people who are married don't masterbate because they think it is bad
When I was in Catholic school, they taught us that masterbation is normal and it wasn't a bad thing.
Some parishes say it is some say it isn't.
Some nuns and priests do, some don't.
Why do you care?
and do YOU masterbate?

supposing they do, we wouldn't know, right? for a priest would be caught lying (and a sinner) if he says otherwise and in reality has been at it... on the other hand, he is also a man and definitely has urges too... so we may not know for sure...

with nuns, i think they have more control over physical urges... i know women has more control over their sexual urges... i may be wrong but then again, i'm only assuming, okay?

didn't the early popes (during the AD era and pre-constantine era) had wives and concubines in their stead? just an info....

Well I dont know. But I know that if a man wont have sex at all (including masturbation) then he will definately have WET DREAM thus he can release the overloaded hormones.

Most sexual researchers agree that a healthy male that does not masturbate does not exist. (kinsey).

Females on the otherhand are more likely never to engage, although that is changing over time.

I'd say most do, though no one is going to tell us. Very few people have been able to totally suppress their sex drive to the extent of living an entirely sex-free life. And I wouldn't be so sure that's very healthy, either.
