I can already tell you that, generally speaking, I'd avoid such "restrooms" since it's never a guarantee that the commodes work or that they are clean, much less the floor and sink area. But then, I've avoided Pizza Hut restrooms for decades now, as in most chain-quick-food eateries. I hope they're better. God Bless you.

I find Bathroms at Pizza Hut Restaurants very kept and clean at least in Costa Rica

err it was clean.. but smelt a bit like someone just had the diarreah yea.. it was a small restroom

Most restaurants have health codes, and most seem to meet or exceed them.
