I see that you said "new", but you might want to consider Goodwill, Salvation Army or the like. You can get one for next to nothing. You can also have a carpet cleaning come out to clean and sanitize it or just cover it in plastic. You will save a ton of cash this way. I bought a matress at Goodwill once for 20 dollars and used it for years.

there are many outlet stores, but they are way over priced. your best bet is look in your classified in your local paper under furniture or beds. you can get good deals on beds as king size beds are very expensive even for cheaply made ones. check your sunday paper in many of the ads they stuff them with. their might be a store or something that has beds on sale. remember though, the prices you might think are good are for the very cheap ones not firm at all and many are remade beds sold as new as they re-cloth them.
