1) Boil as much macaroni as you desire.
2) Melt chedder cheese, mozerella, pepper jack cheese.
3) Add sausages to the cheese as it cooks.
4) Then add 18 drops of tobasco sause into the cheese.
5) Then pour in the cooked pasta with 4 ounces of its cooking fluid. (this is for flavoring).
6) Don't add too much water or the cheese sause will get too watery.
7) Pour the mac and cheese onto a casserole dish.
8) Spinkle 1/2 cup of bread crumbs onto the mixture.
9) Preheat oven to 360 degrees and bake for 20 minutes of until crust is golden brown.
!0) Add shredded cheese to the top of mac and cheese immediately after u take it out of the oven.

When I was a little kid and my grandmother would say, "do you want Kraft's Dinner?" it meant mac n cheese and a can of pork n beans(on the side, not mixed). But it is YUM to add a can of cream of mushroom and frozen peas and either tuna or chicken. Or zucchinni and celery with breadcrumbs on top.

I have this Great Mac and Cheese recipe. It is just an easy one though. I boil the macaroni and then I add a little milk and take sliced cheese (I love Land o Lakes sliced thin) and keep stirring it on a low- med heat. and Yum o. My friend Cindy showed me that one.
As for adding veggies and stuff I like a nice lean ham diced up in it and I like green peppers in it too. maybe fresh tomatoes diced or even salsa.

I add some canned corn kernels and some canned corned beef. But I first sort of saute the corned beef in about 1 tbsp oil with onions and a little ketchup. Then mix it in with the already cooked and prepared mac'n' cheese.
Another variation is to do add these extra ingred. without sauteeing them first, plus black pepper and grated green pepper. Add a little milk for moisture, turn out into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs. whip one whole egg & a pinch of blk pepper together, top mac'n'cheese mixture with it & bake at 350 degrees for about half an hour or until top browns.

Make a box of Kraft Dinner (when in Rome). Brown up a pound of hamburger (ground beef) drain it, then open and drain a can of whole kernel corn (drained also) and add them both. You might want to use a bit more milk. Then just spice it to your taste. It's easy, cheap (inexpensive) and very good.
