Great for Bruchetta
Dice some tomatoes, and onion and drizzle some olive oil
slice baguette on the diagonal and rub with garlic
Toast under broiler
put tomato mixture on top
(if you want to, add some feta cheese and broil for a minute)

I make "open-faced sandwhiches": Basically you take a slice or two of the bread, and put a meat on it like deli ham or turkey or both. Then add other things you like such as cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese (your choice). One can even add fruit if so inclined. Then, pop in the oven to bake on 400 for a few minutes --preferably till the cheese melts.
I like doing this. It's simple but tasty :)

Heat it in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes to crisp it up and eat it with butter and jam. Also great with just about any soup or salad.

I like to slice them in slices layout on sheet pan mix a little italian seasoning or granulated garlic with butter or oil then lightly toast them in oven. Then top with your favorite topping ie: cream cheese spread, ham or chicken salad, cheese spread there are numerous topping experiment see what you like enjoy .
