It depends on the yogurt selected, the maker of the yogurt, the fruit contained in the yogurt etc. Read the label or go to the company's web site.

Foods must list the calories on its labels...so check. Remember it usually says per serving. Then you need to see how many servings the container contains.
Example:
Can of Salmon: 150 calories.
Servings 7
So 7 X 150 = 1,050 calories.
I would guess that fruit yogurt would contain anywhere from
90-325 calories.

Look on the side of the container. It will tell you. Depending on the type, it ranges. the plain ones are less the ones with the fruit in it are alot more. I think on average around 160 calories.

there is this thing on the side of the cup thats called a nutrition label. it has all the information on it. all yogurts are different so not anyone could tell you the right answer.
