why are illegals treated like their non humans?

simple fact when illegal immigrants ask for help from authorities, it takes twice as long for them to response and a American ask for help they get better treatment than illegals. Same thing goes for medical assistance.

Assuming that what you are saying is correct, why does this seem so strange to you? What authorities? Police? Fire Department? They are not free - they are paid for by tax money. Illegal immigrants are a drain on public service (we pay for INS amongst other things through public coffers) and legal citizens are picking up the tab. So...

If you go into a store and are a paying customer - and there is someone else in the store who has no money and no intention of buying anything... would you expect the person working at the store to give you the same level of customer service? Paying customers come first.

As for medical assistance... I don't know where you are - but in 2005 in Los Angeles county, eight (count em - eight) hospitals went out of business citing illegal immigrant population draining resources and not paying. It is not a surprise that illegals are not considered good customers.

The simple fact is why should illegal immigrants be receiving any help from the authorities? They have committed a crime by coming into this country, and I am pretty sure that helping criminals remain in a country criminally isn't on the top of a law enforcement officers list.

I got sent back to Mexico , after I the policearrested me. Ironic it is, if you need help they will not come, but when some white american calls the police on you, they will come and deport you to mexico.

I got the police called on me by a white american, just because I was leading my donkey infront of a school, while holding a camcorder, and asking students if they wanted to make a movie for 20 american dollars. It was a clear sighn of racsim aginst a hispanic, I think it was the simple fact a mexican was offering a white person work.

Although I don't believe those stat's, do you have any idea how much of our taxes go out to supporting public services, education, medical and other care, and a gazillion other costly functions for illegals who can't/don't re-contribute that back into our financial system?

Do you have any idea how huge the percentage is, of the gross domestic product of Mexico, from illegals sending USA funds back to family in Mexico?

Yea, they're people, and they deserve humaine treatment, but if they're not in the system legally really should be sent back and allowed to get in the line like all the other law-abiding people vying for legal citizenship from elsewhere.

Excuse me? I did 6 years in the Marine Corps.. was considered a casualty in Iraq... however, I never received my purple heart.. nor my "bronze star" or combat action ribbon like I was promised...

I sit here now.. because I can't work legally.. I can't withdrawl unemployment legally.. I can't work under the table ....because my VA medical claims arn't completed... However, I've been waiting nearly 3 and 1/2 years....

We get better medical service? Since when? I'm not even allowed medical insurance.. nor social security because I'm found to be ....not eligible...because of my disabled status.

I'm an American.. I was born, raised, and went to 3 wars.. Kosovo in 98, Afghan in 01, and then Iraq in 03.. 7 other combat affiliated conflicts, in Africa, SW Asia, and Southern Europe.. AND MEXICO.. AND SOUTH AMERICA!!!

I even helped guard your ****** southern border *****!! And.. yet I still don't receive ****!

I get 485 ****** dollars a month because I've lost 70% of hearing in my right ear.. and 30% in my left!

I still can't walk... and I have some cancer... yet I don't get any type of medical for free... I still have to pay the Veterans Affairs to get treatment... and I have to pay it with my own damn medical compensation I get from the government each month!!

2 THEY ARE ILLEGAL and don't speak English so no one can understand them so why try?

3 Since they are ILLEGAL they don't bother to call for help since they know they will be in trouble.

We could do this all night and apparently are.Since you are not a cop or a EMS worker nor do you work for 911 you should stop making blanket statements and check your facts.

When treated by an Emergency worker(ambulance,fire dept.,emergency room) they get the same level of care as the rest of us and sometimes better because the emergency workers are afraid of retaliation leagally.This I know first hand having been in this profession.

Are you kidding me? of course it takes long for authorities to help them. They shouldnt be here, the broke the law, things have to be difficult for them.

I am a legal immigrant and do you know how difficult it was for me to come here legally? So many people like me struggle to be here legally and illegals demean our struggle.

What you should be asking is why legal immigrants are also treated like crap when they havent broken any law but have done everything to abide by it.

But at least in America we treat them better than in most countries. For example, the Somalians were invited to come to Italy, the italians changed their mind once they got there and put them back on a boat to Somalia. The Catholic ministries in America (ironic, since this is Italy that sent them back and with all their Catholics) took them in here in America and sponsored them. They are hard workers and really love our country, but they came from a country with no government and have had children orphaned just for the sake that their parents were shot looking for food for them. Often in front of thier own eyes. I have taught the teens and they learn quickly for kids who have never had schooling or a written language.

The illegals shouldn't even be in this country, and OUR people are more important then whatever third-world skum creeps in from across the border. They are not treated like non-humans, they are treated just like what they are: Illegals. If they want help, they should go ask Mexico.
