Definitely NOT. The wirehaired dachshunds would be a little better than the longhaired or shorthaired. If you're severely allergic, even Poodles can cause a reaction, because all dogs shed dead skin cells or "dander".

like many dogs dachshunds shed. in fact even though they have short hair they shed a lot. poodles are the best because they have real hair not fur. we have a lab and beagle and everyone in the family is allergic. and we are perfectly fine. just vacuum a lot and also get a special brush to vacuum the dog. they literaly love it so much they roll over so u can do their belly. im just trying to save u so u dont have to get a ugy dog like a poodle :)

No they have fur ... A Poodle or a Yorkie would be the best the have hair not fur

no a sheltie is they don't have any hypo allergic hair but they do have hair though

no poodles are the best. they are non hypo alergenic. i have one
