Or land with zoning to open a golf driving range. I am also interested in talking to people such as existing driving range owner or golf pro or landowner for possibility of partnership.

That is a great start. You should also talk to companies or reps that provide service to golf ranges. Talk to golf pros at clubs. Find out if there is a demand for your range.

If you partner with somebody...find out what they make.

Get as much information as possible including all costs and supplies that you will need.

Then budget it out to see if it would be profitable for you to do it.

The more homework you do, the more successful you will become.

Where? City/State would be helpful.

If you're interested, I can give you lots of ideas to make it more customer-friendly (so you can make more money). There's a really nice one near my house (Dallas area).
- open 24/7 during April-October
- has shelters for the cold/wet times
- has a 9 hole par 3 course, also lighted and open 24/7. And they keep the greens in pretty good shape.
- has the best putt-putt course I've ever seen - no windmills, just lots of long tricky putts.
- large putting green
- separate, large chipping green with a sand bunker on one side
- decent little pro shop, plust they host lots of vendor try-out days
- batting cages
- 4 instructors on staff, plus all the fitting science, swing analysis stuff.

Only thing I can think it's missing is a shaded picnic / seating area, and beer sales (zoning laws).

golf shoes dont help contained in the stance, the spikes are there for grip even as traversing the route....a health and safe practices degree in case you pick. maximum golf equipment have a rule that states golf shoes should be worn even as taking area in. If it helps you to play with out golf shoes then it isn't searching on your welfare, and so hence a detrimental golf club. If the utilising determination is unattached to a golf club, then i'd say no spikes needed...except what became stated in that your stance will be distinct, no longer only in height yet also in experience....i'd placed on them.
