Get up and walk around, pacing like an animal in a cage, for 5 minutes every hour.
Give yourself time deadlines for the tasks you're working on and stick to them.
Chew gum or suck on sugar free candy --but don't eat any snacks, they'll make you drowsy.
At 2 1/2 hours, half way there, briefly telephone a friend or relative or make an appointment for yourself so you've got a little human contact.
Good luck -- I used to be bored to tears at work every day, too.

Stand up, walk slowly to the bathroom, spend a couple of minutes massaging your face and eyes with cold water, take a long drink of cold water, or drink a soda pop that has caffeine, and/or drink some strong coffee as well. That should do it, but if not, stand up at your work station instead of just sitting there. Then get a good night's sleep so it doesn't happen tomorrow.

I suggest getting up and taking a brisk walk, maybe outside. You could splash some water on your face (or neck if you don't want to ruin make up.)
I've heard that a glass of milk, an apple, or some cinnamon or pepermint gum can wake you up.
I know lots of people suggested coffee, one word of caution: coffee can make you jittery, gives some people headaches, and it's late enough that you won't be able to sleep when you get home. Plus, all that sugar that you or Starbucks will put in your coffee will spike your insulin level, and drop you like a rock!
Try the walk and some cinnamon gum. I'd listen to some upbeat music if you can. :)

Go walk around, talk with some people and get some fresh air. Drink some water, and don't stay sitting too long. A cup of coffee wouldn't hurt either. Goodluck stayin awake =)

If you can't get a Red Bull (Sugar Free) or Coffee, cold water on the face is very refreshing and helps to a point.
Good Luck........

Get up and walk around while taking deep breaths. Also, try splashing cold water on your face and dabbing a cold, wet towel on the back of your neck. This helps me wake up. Good luck.

Take a ten minute relaxing break or longer.
Close your eyes....and rest. Don't think about anything. Just relax....then drink a bunch of coffee.

Use your tongue to tickle the roof of your mouth.
I've used this technique when driving long distances.
