For something memorable yet for an extremely low funds you need to always bypass with the classic figuring out on up nutrition and then sitting in a park and gazing the celebs... and as for a present day to have that is sweet yet as well once lower back classic you need to always burn him a cd of yalls songs or attractive songs that instruct the way you experience about him.

How about a day experiance on the race track. Ie he gets to have a training session with a race car driver and learn how to do this.

throw them a surprise bday at a bowling alley or at a skating rink. Or you can to the mall for there bday and give them half of the money and you get the other and say this is your bday present!! Tell them I say Happy Birthday and try not to spend it at one place!! lol
