When someone holds one set of doors open and then they hold the next set open like in a vestibule of a store....Do you say "Thank you" twice? Or does one "thank you" cover both openings?

A little smile or head nod is sufficient. If you want to be heard, you can say 'thanks, again'.

Keep saying "Thank you" no one can hear it enough these days.

The second time is a bit weird but it's lovely when a door is held open, none-the-less.

What ticks me off is when I hold a door and people don't thank me at all. GRRRR!

I usually say "Thank you!" the first time, and then, "Thanks again!" the second time.
