I went to my grandmother's ranch one day with a whole bunch of my friends, then my friend and I got on a four wheeler and started ridding. I was in the back holing on and she was driving, but it was her first time. so we went as far as we could go until we reached a gate to a different property, so we turned back around and my sister and my other friend were behind us wridding too. So then the driver from our four wheeler looked back still driving super fast then I looked back to see what she was looking at, but then we went off the road and bounced off a big rock! And we both fell of the four wheeler. I landed on a Prickly-Pear cactus, and she fell somewhere next to me and hit her head on a rock and started bleading! And I got thorns all over myslef, and started bleading too. Then my friend that hit her head looked up and saw that the four wheeler was about to land on us, so she closed her eyes and said "Oh Lord don't let us die right now!" so a man came, and he saved us!

Pluck out what you can with fingernails or tweezers. Sometimes you can scrape them out by scratching them with your fingernail. If they still won't come out (I know there's some really fine, hard to see ones), go to the pharmacy and get some "black salve". I've use it to get out thorns, cactus, splinters, and so on, with little effort or pain. Just goop the salve on and cover it with a band aid. It'll cause the mean little thing to fester up and come right out with minor squeezing.

chewed up bubble gum. you get the stickiest kind you can think of and chew it until the flavor is all gone. Then you place it on the skin and tap away. If it's a large area you might need more than one piece. good luck! and yeah it really works I've done it before. And it's cheaper than wax

cactus spines are genrally hooked on the end like a crochet needle. use tweezers to pull them out and when you get to the end you have to give it a little redirection to get by the hooked part. if you fell on what they call a cholla (I think thats right but its been a while) count on removing spines for months as they work their way back to the surface.

The quickest easiest way is to(now don't laugh) use body wax. Yes I said WAX them off. The wax sticks to them just like they do body hair and doesnt slip like tweezers or fingers may. Plus one quick pull and you're done. Just like a band aid.

There is this thing named 'soft candle' that you can buy at the health food store... it is a very soft white candle that you warm and put on the affected area. I dont know how it works, but it has taken wood splinters, metal slivers and glass out of my kids hands and feet. I hope you can find it. It works.

use tweezers under a bright light. also use a dark cloth so you can see the contrast of the thorns against your skin.

ummmm, ok.
You could use tweezers, or you could put some elmer glue or something on your hand and then peel it back and (hopefully) the thorns will come too.

Very good narrative style. Maybe you could add the words "and then" to help with the flow.
