is an awesome place to buy anything for your dorm,,, although they are a bit pricier than BBY. You could look and get some ideas. They will also send you a catalog.
K-Mart .com has very reasonable prices,,and a lot to choose from.
My favorite for fabric choices, and prices is:
Target///w/ very good shipping rates.

Ikea has some awesome stuff but can still be expensive. i suggest a Walmart bed in a bag. try and find out if your dorn has extra-long beds because most regular sheets won't fit them unless they're the stretchy kind.

100% cotton sheets . I know they are expensive, but they are so cool! Get a Biederlack or similar velvet blanket. They work nice in summer coz they are so light weight. Nothing like a Northern Night or Eddie Bauer down pillow.
