Anorexics DON'T purge. Bulemics do.
Anorexics MAY purge if they have eaten and feel guilty about it, or if they have eaten only to appease a friend or family member. If it's too late to get rid of what they have eaten, often times, they will abuse laxatives and diuretics to get rid of the excess weight they feel that they have gained.
Bulemics will go one serious eating binges, and will eat everything in sight. After they get done eating, they feel the need, in a panic, to get rid of everything they just ate by purging themselves.

anorexics don't purge bulimics do
anorexics either don't eat or eat very little of pretty much anything they consider non-fattening

They consume alot of water and possibly very little bit of veggies full of water.
