What would you do if you caught a child molester in the act?

honestly, my first instinct would be to kill him because I have been molested and I am scarred for life. I was 5. If it was a man I would cut off the very thing that he doesn't deserve. A woman, I'd beat the living hell out of her. It would be worth going to jail for. Children do not deserve that!!

Ok serious answer. First thing get that child and any other children out of danger NOW. Then call 911 or your local police and report it. Take the child to the ER whether you are the parent or not. They will get in contact with the parent asap if you aren't the parent. Sad to say, but most likely this isnt the first time and that child will need some mental help as well. Above all just make sure that child is SAFE.

I'm sure that if the person did not have a weapon I would react immediately and make an attempt to restrain the person. Then I would call the authorities, a counselor for the child, and the child's parents.

If this was MY child, I'd most likely beat the person to a bloody pulp, close to death, restrain, call authorities and attend to my child. I'd then call my husband and have him race home to beat the person up some more.

If the person had a weapon...I'd make sure I could be in a position where I would not be hurt and attempt to restrain the person...maybe with some help. As soon as the person was unarmed and the child was safe, I'd call the police, then a counselor for the child and the child's parents.

I'm all for defending a child, protecting children even though it may mean being hurt myself. A child's health needs to be protected at all times.

i have been molested so it would be very hard for me to control my anger and rage. but for the child sake i would and i would first call the cops and second try to get the person off of the child.. third try to keep the filthy pig with me til the police arrived while comforting the child. after hes arrested have an ambulance take the child to the er for a full work up. if its not my child i would also call the parents of the child

I would kill him/her.

I was molested as a child, and I wasn't able to kill the man that did it then. If I saw it happening to another child, I would kill the mother ****** in front of the child, and say "WHAT THAT PERSON DID TO YOU WAS NOT OKAY!!!"

I hope that the cops would understand. If they didn't that's fine too, I would be satisfied with myself, even if I had to rot in jail or be sentenced to death.

If I saw it happening, and KNEW without a doubt it was indeed molestation, nothing could convince me that that person deserves to wait for the judicial system to put them back out into a neighborhood as a "Sex Offender".

Priority one is the safety of the child, next step call police and tell them to hurry before a truly horrible beating is about to happen to the moles tor
Next step assure the child it is not his/her fault, lots of love,lots of hugs, from everybody to re-build his her life and self assurance
pray for the child, pray for forgiveness for the beating imparted pray for a recovery mental and fiscal of the child moles tor
My imagination runs rampart of all kinds of well deserved things to punish the Moles tor and at the same time my religious beliefs of forgiveness clash, perhaps the best thing to do is let the moment decide for you, may God prevent and molestation occur

I think that would probably be a justifiable homicide if someone killed the person,. which would be most peoples first instinct, you probably would not even be prosecuted, no jury would convict you for that, besides child molesters can not be cured so they should be given the death penalty anyway, or at least life in prison

i would be devistated beyond my own control. i would take the child and secure it. then i would tie the perv up and kick em in the face a few times. then i would call the police. because from what i here pervs like that don't last very long in prison. thats bad when even criminals and murders included look down at them enough to bring the wrath of punishment against them,

If there have been no witnesses different then the youngster, i'd rapidly take concerns into my own fingers. If there have been witnesses round, i'd carry him till eventually the police officials got here. of route he may be damage with perchance diverse damaged bones because he fought again attempting to flee.

I would knock the person out with a baseball bat,take their clothes off, duct tape there hands and feet, put duct tape on genitals, wake them up and call police in mean time pull off duct tape a little a time till police came when you see the police yank it off. get help for the child.
