ever smelled you r dental floss after you flossed. EWWWWW its bad, and most people don't bother to floss and leave all that horrible smelling stiff in there. Also a lot of people don't know that they should include their tongue when they brush their teeth. It us a bacteria magnet!!!!! Another cause of bad breath is a dry mouth. Make sure if you use mints, gum, or mouthwash to freshen your breath that they are sugar free. Sugar exacerbates bad breath problems!! Hope this helps!!

It could help some but alot of time peoples breath stinks because of rotten teeth and all the brushing in the world isnt going to fix that. Sometimes having bad breath is due to an illness or simply not brushing good enough and flossing, stuff gets stuck between the teeth that brushing sometimes wont get out or they dont brush thier tounge.

It could be a few things why peoples breath stinks
1. The foods they just ate
2. Rotten teeth
3.Bacteria thats ALWAYS in your mouth
4. Smokers
5. Alcoholics
Brushing can help but the real problem lies in the stomach.

Bad breath is the common name for the medical condition known as halitosis (say: ha-luh-toe-sus). There are many different things that can cause halitosis - from not brushing your teeth to certain medical conditions.

What your are smelling is basically small food particles rotting. Brushing and gargling helps, also floss. Diet also effects it.

peoples breath stinks for many reasons, one reason is if they have a cavity that is deep, or if they dont brush.

I agree with all the above answers. Also, they say bacteria buildup on the tomgue causes it too.
