pet groomers...a pet store...dept store you can buy a toothbrush..just buy a small one for infants with soft brushes and any toothpaste is edible..give your pet chewy toys and bones will help your pet as well

PetsMart has good doggie toothbrushes and toothpaste as well as those chew bones that help get rid of plaque!

Wal-mart carries it, but I wouldn't and don't waste my money on it. My pup is on a raw meat and bone diet....on this diet, their teeth are always "pearly white".
