really lik this guy hes a great friend but i cant last a day witout talkin to him but hes been thinkin bout cutting him self!and i dont know how to convice him to stop!!!help!!!!!

it doesnt mean hes emo if he cutts himself my sister does to
dont make him change who he is try to convince him other way to deal with his problems make him trust u enough so that when he is feeling blue instead of grabbing the knife he'll grab the phone and call u
or if he doesnt like to talk tell him it helps to write out ur problems get him a hobby u and him can enjoy so he can get his mind off other things and focuse his mind on u!!!
cutting is just a way some ppl deal with there problems(not the best way or the most wise discioun but it makes some ppl feel better)cuz they feel like they can control the way there physicle pain hurts because they cant control there imotional feelings so they just want to feel incontrol about things thats all like they have the power to control how there body feels even tho they cant control the emotional one
and when they feel the phusical pain they kind of forget about the emotional one for a while!!!!!
i dont do it but i most likely think thats the reason ur crush does it

Don't let him suck you into his emotional mindgames. It's his life. If he wants to cut himself, he will. It's not up to you to convince him to stop. He's looking for attention and by giving it to him you're just rewarding his pathetic behavior. If you really want to help him, give him the number of a teen counseling service. B

Tell him how you feel now before it is to late!!!! I didn't tell my friend how I felt and lost him, I finally got him back after 10 years. We have a wonderful relationship too.

hey tell him you like him and well be with him he might stop i know i was with some one who tried to hanh himself 3 times he stopped after i told him i liked him it'll work out

well you need to talk to him then tell him if you cut your self you could die and if he says good tell him that you love him and if he says ya right tell him that you do and you really care for him and would die for him do anythung to make him stop!!

tell him tht u like him. i hav a cuzin tht used to cute herself until her bf told her if she doesnt stop he will brake up with her. and she did. so tell him to plz stop cuz u care about him. and if he says no thn say i wont b ur frnd thn. it might work, but idk.
