That robber was the one who asked Jesus to remember him when He (Jesus) came into His kingdom. The other robber was named Dumachus (the one on His left). Jesus and His parents had met these robbers when He was young. Dumachus wanted to rob them, but the other robber paid his to where they were going. friend to allow them to continue their journey through the desert. In the end, years later, Jesus returnd the favor to that robber on the cross. This isn't in the Bible!

Robber isn't in heaven check out my question. Check out John chapter 19 verse 31 The theives were taken off the cross alive with their leggs broken so that they would not hang on the cross over the Sabbath hours. And check out the difference between these two sentences. I tell you today, you will be with me in paradise. I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise. See?our rewards are waiting for us when Jesus comes back and not a minute before. Revelation 22:12

Like a great many things in the Bible, that did not happen. There was never a tradition of freeing a convict who had been sentenced, it was the Romans, not the Jews who would have seized Jesus, there is no record of Pilate ever ordering the killing of all children under 2 by any of his biographers, even those who hated him and painted him in the worst light possible on other things
