Do you mean what doesn't contain oil and is easy to digest?
Read the labels on boxes, cans, bottles, etc. You can see what saturated fats & other ingredients there are in them.
Easy to digest is whatever you yourself knows your system can digest. If you can't eat spicey foods, then don't. Eat something that's bland or has no hot spices. If eating beans causes you to have gas, then don't eat them.

I think the question should be.. "Can I know what foods which does not contain oils and does not cause any kind of illness.." Try fruits and vegetables.. They're foods right?
