I'm just 26 and recently had a baby and it seems as if I can't remember anything anymore. I once had a photographic memory. This is since I had the baby.

I really need help.

Meditation. Oh and most importantly a babysitter. Ginko Bilboa, Ginger, vitamin c um make sure to get all your nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Calcium and iron you lose a lot of during and after pregnancy due to the fact that the nutrients go to the baby and into the milk. Even if you take supplements you still lose like 80% I believe it is. Once your body realigns itself the chemical imbalance should go away and your memory should return. Just use caution not to overdose ANYTHING and consult your OBGYN or MD before starting anything to assure it does not affect you in anyway due to current meds allergies or chemicals etc. Also drink PLENTY of water to cleanse your system!!!
