Rading the Boston Herald last night i found that for real that our country is a little bit Racist. I don't know if you guys are agree with me, but listen to this. A 38 old LATIN woman (LEGALL,in case of some BIGOTS around), got killed driving in the Big Dig, well the case is that the Mass Goverment didn't do anything about it, talking about funeral expenses or anything just because she was a Resident not a Citizen. My point of view is that it doens't matter if you're rich, poor, black, brown, etc etc, in this cases is not fair to take that kind of reaction, i know that to many of you are going to be happy to read about this, but remember if you have relatives around Boston or Mass i could it been one of them and LIFE doesn't have any price even if you are LEGALL or ILLEGAL...aren't you agree?

Well if a plataform from a bridge fallas on your head, the state has the obligation to do everything to cover all the expenses ......Because this Big Dig is supose to be a super highway and blah blah blah...

Someone in the family has to sue for damages. The state doesn't have to- until proved negligent. Many people have had to go through that-all races-and residents. Not a race issue.
I agree if a building or house falls on your head-if someone is at fault they "should" pay. But you have to go through the channels usually. She was no different there than anyone else would be.

Well is not a little racist? Is a lot. And it has never end and it don't matter what there will always be and exist. People teaches it to their kids and pass it on from generation to generation like a virus. What happens is that today there are better ways to hide it and we call it a lot of other ways. If it would had been your family member I bet it would had been a different story. And if she is not part of the county or state or community how come they still took her taxes at the store, and when she worked and when she did anything related to paying taxes. There are a lot of way of paying taxes not only on your check. Any one that pays taxes have the same rights like other and even if not pay no taxes we are all people. We all ****, and drink and have the same pains. Or is your blood any other color than red let me know please.

I thought if no one claimed you the state paid $35 to dump you in a mass grave at potter's field.

racist

adj 1: based on racial intolerance; "racist remarks" 2: discriminatory especially on the basis of race or religion [syn: anti-black, anti-Semitic, anti-Semite(a)] n : a person with a prejudiced belief that one race is superior to others [syn: racialist]

how does this have anything to do with it? shes a resident. that means she doesn't deserve gov money is she doesn't pay into it.
it has nothing to do with the fact that she is Latin.

So if you die your state will pay for your funeral?

Cool.Mine won't and I am an AMERICAN.Born and raised.

Don't see any racism in that but of course it must be since it wasn't a WHITE AMERICAN that died.

Our funerals are paid for are they?DIdn't know that.
