well you can buy a manule that can walk you thruogh many simple maintence .Done by alot of do it you're self for you're question try looking on the passenger side of the car . You should see where the ac and heater go in to the side of firewall just to the left of the hose's there should be a set of wire's there colors are orange/black they should just plug in. un plug them there that done look at the item and should be anywhere from 4 to 8 bolts remove them you should be able remove the ac/heater fan motor if this don't work for you buy a manule

They are a pain to remove from the dash. If its not working odds are that the blower motor resister is burnt up. Ford had a recall on them, New resister and new wiring harness plug.

If you mean the blower motor, unplug it, then there are no screws holding it, so grab it and turn it counterclockwise, till it comes out.
