Surely the perfect crime is one where no-one realises it is a crime?

What do you think?

I assume the 'perfect crime' would never be solved. The best way to be sure no one ever solves a crime is if no one (except the criminal) knows a crime was committed. Therefore, if the perfect crime is ever committed, we won't know.

If you can commit a crime and get away with it then i guess that would make it perfect but i think in the end most of the time if not all of the time karma turns around and bites you on the **** and you die of cancer or a similar slow and painful death.

After reading your questions-

The perfect crime would then have to be an unwitnessed act, where no clues, nor evidences are left behind and that the individual has no remembrances of that act. So therefore he or she cannot incriminate them self in the future. They would also have to believe, at that time, that there was no wrongdoing.

yes the Bill Wilson scam also known at Alcoholics anonymous is a crime...it is a cult of powerlessness and perversion...
I was accosted and my life threatened by a long time AAer who is the prime suspect in an unsolved murder... I think the police botched the investigation because they didn't want to upset those poor AAers and some how 'cause' them to go back out and drink...I can give more info but nobody cares... Martha is dead and Patty is dead and the goons who did it threatened me at an AA meeting but nobody would come forward because they were all brainwashed by the what you see here... let it stay here... mantra... AA is a crime...

I've got that crime. Religion is the perfect con. It is government protected, tax free, and the product they sell never has to be delivered until you reach a place that doesn't exist. Little wonder so many con-men (and women) jump on that manured money wagon.

Taxes. The easiest way to steal money from large groups of people without having to worry about getting caught.

Or you can throw someone overboard off a cruise ship. A person is not likely to make it back swimming 100 miles back to shore. We had a few of those with people missing earlier this year.

I think if you could get loads of money and nobody even knew they had been stolen from may bee like if all yahoo members sent me 0.01 pence i would have a few thousand pounds that would be cool as long as nobody gets hurt in anyway like that guy who swapped a paper clip for a house but that was legal so i dunno yes perfect is when nobody notices and nobody hurt and you don't get caught
