Iceland is a small but fascinating country...
The capital and main city is.Reykijavik.
The best time to visit is summer, as the rest of the year the climate is very harsh, and there are some places impossible to visit because of the inclement weather.
There are geysers, places where you can go swimming even though the temperatures are low because of the heated pools...These natural pools are due to the volcanic activity underneath the island which keeps the water hot all year round.
The most famous place is the Blue Lagoon. It has its own website (www.bluelagoon.com) in case you want to visit..
