i prefer a garden wedding. It is so romantic to have a natural flowers, the sweet scent of flowers in bloom. Besides the colors. And in the evening. It tends to be quite beautiful with a sunset in the background. It would also signify that a past has been ended and another has begun.

With those 2 options I would have to go with Garden wedding. The time of day would depend on the time of year and temperature. Afternoon is good, but it may be too hot, in that case, just before sunset as it cools off.

I prefer a sunset beach wedding which we perform 3 or 4 of every day.

Like them both if they are nice locations. I love the evening wedding in the summer and afternoon wedding in the winter.

I had an awesome garden wedding (my Pastor's house in a vineyard) at 6PM and then had the reception immediately after, in the same location. The lighting was beautiful for the pictures, then we could enjoy the candlelight and twinkiling white lights after the sun went down.

Also, an evening wedding gives you the whole day to prepare.

I prefer a church wedding because churches are classic and romantic. Although I am not catholic I would prefer to be married in a beautiful and colourful church specially designed for my special day. I would also prefer it to be evening when the stars are out and the moon is full, and there must be lots of light including candlelight. It's more romantic.

Garden wedding - if the couple allows for the heat by providing shelter of some sort.

Church.

If you plan a wedding outdoors, you will surely get rained on. It's God's way of sayin - "have a blast!!!"

One sister of mine and two friends had their ceremonies outside - and they all got rained on. June 4th, August 17, and April 29.

All were scheduled for 12pm.

They are all still happily married! SO maybe the rain is more fun?

a garden evening wedding in the summer is beautiful. but, it depends on how religious you are. if family would be offended by you not having it in a church, i would reconsider, but if not, go with the garden.
