curious where can one go for cheap to no money and not have to worry about getting caught and fined.

It would be nice to do a hotel but no one can afford it(too many bills to pay and not making enough money).

Not many people go to libraries, they are usually fairly empty and you can always reserve a study room that has a lock on the door. Spend $5.00 for a professional large memo pad and place them over windows draw a few graphs to look legit (of how many orgasm you have). By the way I learned that back in my college days. Watch out for surveillance cameras you don't want to be in pictures. With hotels go in late after 12:00 and tell the night auditor you got sleepy on the road and ask if he can give you a half day rate you'll be out by 4, assure him you won't mess up the room. when you get to the room put your own sheet on the sofa and get busy, don't use any amenities clean up at home.
