Evasive answer but I had to share a bed with my brother not too long ago and that wasn't a problem - we both slept really well! But I think you mean have sex with in which case you've got me stumped - don't even think a post-op person would come anywhere near a member of the same sex I'd sleep with. Jeez. It's a horrible thought.
