my computer has an internet virus or trojan or what ever, i just want to know if any one knows a good free software that i can download that will whip out any virus,spyware,malware,Trojan...ect

sorry don't know free software that will wipe it out, the techs at yto.ca used free tools to find and manually remove the trojans and spyware for me, but they are a paid tech support. I would try a yahoo search for trojan removal and you might find some forums that will give you the steps to remove it, but it is not an easy process.
other option if you have your windows install disk or recovery disk is to back up all important data and photos etc. and then reformat and reinstall windows. But, experienced tech can help you without wiping the hard drive.

First try dowloading Microsoft Defender. It's free and good for catching spyware. you can do a free online virus scan a http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

"etrust internet security" site has a free 1 year subscription, I have it and like it.. hope this helps.
