Apple's Award Winning Mac OS X (10) is MMUUCCHH better than Windows XP or Windows Vista. Mac OS 10 is easier to use. For example, say you insert a CD or DVD, on Windows, you have to go into my computer and then click on the optical drive. In Mac OS 10, the disk appears RIGHT ON THE DESKTOP. Also, file sharing is mmuucchh easier. All you do is enter the protocol and the IP address and click "Browse". Also, iTunes and the iPod are integrated into Mac OS 10 and MADE for OS 10.

The ASLR in Mac isn't even as mature as homestead windows... believe me, even as it is composed of safe practices, Mac is honestly playing capture-up. Microsoft is a lot more effective severe about it. convinced, homestead windows do get more effective viruses/assaults, Macs get a lot less. yet human beings continually have this phantasm about safe practices -- if no man or woman is attacking, then the gadget must be secure. and then they arise with all sorts of excuses, causes and theories about why or how human beings does no longer/shouldn't/won't be able to attack that gadget. this isn't only for Mac human beings, homestead windows shoppers percentage a similar lack of understanding. ask your self this question: Now that there are many less exploits revealed for homestead windows than earlier, does that recommend homestead windows is safer? Or it is only that more effective take advantage of writers have became their decrease back on responsible disclosure, and favor to make money out of it instead of popularity? it truly is a $40,000-$one hundred,000 deal. And no, whoever says Microsoft works quickly with vulnerabilities. No, they don't. It took them 4 weeks to push the SMBv2 patch out seeing that Immunity released the first take advantage of to Canvas. no longer to tutor MS already knew about the vuln lengthy earlier Immunity began writing that take advantage of. it truly isn't any longer speedy sufficient.

Better is vague. Its not a metrology.
Some PC's are bleeding edge fast, and run all the software and videogames, but they crash.
I love my mac because its nice, it is very stable, it has very consistent performance, and I can reasonably expect it to have the same performance in 5 years without my having to buy an new operating system every 2.

Depends on what you want it for. Mac's are uber stable and come packaged with alot fo stuff but they dont do games and there is less third party aps for them. Windows is slightly less stable but it works jsut fine if you dont mess with too much stuff. Plus Windows has all the Uber cool video games.
