Ever since I started eating healthier and watching what I eat, I don't seem to enjoy food. I know this might be a good thing since I don't have to worry about over eating, or eating when I'm bored, but I would like to enjoy my food again. Any suggestions?

Add spices to your food. For example, plain chicken breast can get old after a while, but one day you could add a Cajun spice blend to it, the next a lemon pepper seasoning, the next day you could add some chili powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper. And the best part is you aren't adding any calories, just flavor. Also be sure to try new veggies and fruits. There are tons of spice blends out there, just check them out at your grocery store. Also check a place like Dollar General for 2/$1 spices.

Just make sure you eat your food at the right time, i mean make your schedule, what u want to eat and the timetable, the most important thing is do not eat any carbohydrate after 6 PM (dinner) and low calories. That's all, hope it helps:)

Well, it depends on the food you eat. Maybe add some spices, find low calory recipes (if this was what you were after). After a while, you'll know what is a healthy meal, and hopefully you'll enjoy it again.

Use a lot of herbs and spices to add some excitement to your food. They add no calories, but pack in the flavor.

Thats no longer strange in any respect. i like uncooked Ramen. I dont like the season packet on them uncooked, I basically consume them uncooked out of the kit. There large! Sometiems I"ll take the little broken peices out of the bag and sprinkle them on precise of the cooked ramen in the bowl. it provides alittle crunch. (Im even eating a brilliant bowl of beef Ramen precise now)
