he flirts with me, he talks about me to other people, he looks me in the eye when we see other in passing. he always waves to me. i think maybe i am just putting these little things together, hoping he will or is interested in me, i have been waiting about 3 months already.

You can't get any man to date you. Don't ask him out, just give him some time, but don't limit yourself just cause he's flirting some. You might find some other really awesome guy out there.

You cant force a guy to date you.. you either have to wait for him b/c if your not willing to wait for him then maybe u dont really need to be with him.. maybe he's looking for some fun.. maybe he just doesnt wanna date someone because he's scared to get hurt again.. all u can do is ask him!

have you talked to him?You should do that to start with,.......you need to tell him flat out that you can't wait forever......
