fresh raw veggies and dip
cajun potato salad... with eggs, taters, celery, green peppers, onions, minced garlic, salt CAYENNE PEPPER and WHITE PEPPER... mayo and a little mustard, mix em up and let em chill for a few hours before you eat
I like mine to just have a warm mellow afterburn on the palate, but you can do your thing...
just don't leave it out of the fridge too long, or it will wind up re-emerging from both ends and that is not nice!!

Green beans in a butter and garlic sauce.
Scalloped potatoes would be a good choice too.
