Yes,they DO help ILLEGALS!!!! I have seen it on the news and in the paper!! There has been several times when they have rescued illegals,that would otherwise have died of dehydration!!! They gave them food and water before they called for the Border Patrol to pick them up!!!
The Minutemen are a "citizens watch group". They do not detain anyone,they just report illegals sightings. There have been instances where illegals have actually given themselves up to the Minutemen,because they knew they would get help from them!! Regardless of the LIES people have told about them, they have never harmed an illegal or anyone else!!!
