Eggs are so cool, I like them Fried sunny side up but covered for the last minute so the white cooks over the yolk but the yolk is still runny so it soaks into the hashbrowns or on top of a big pancake. I also like them over easy, scrambled with a lot of milk, and or cheese. Omletes of all kinds. Try cooking hashbrowns, then toss in ham or sausage or bacon or all three. Then add some cheese and eggs scrambled with milk.

I prefer my eggs to look as little like an egg as possible! Scrambled is ok. French toast is better!

Scrambled ( with the yolk removed) with cheese or milk. I hate the taste of yolk especially in boiled eggs.

Poached with a little vinegar in the water - easy and quick to cook and non greasy.
(On holiday a great accompaniement to the two rashers of bacon, sausages, kidneys mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, hash browns, fried bread & baked beans accompanied by coffee toast, butter and mamalade - followed on return by four weeks of fasting and a return to cereal and coffee only)

I like eggs done omlette style, but the egg has to be well cooked, not runny.
