I have been having this feeling for a while, can this symptom plus dizziness alone be signs of a sinus infection? No runny nose, post nasal drip, or sneezing. Just dizziness and feeling of ears needing to be popped(pressure in head). I can't get a doctors appt. until wednesday and I am having major anxiety over these symptoms. It is making driving hard.

Sinus infections can cause fluid around your ear drum and that's why it feels like they need to pop. I have it all the time when I have an sinus infection

It doesn't even have to be an infection for your sinuses to affect your ears, but yes it will give you that feeling. Don't stress too much its probably just a build up of fluid, my daugher has problems with it all the time, and she doesnt have a runny nose either, its from when shes had a cold or sniffles that the fluid builds up in hear ears and goes hard, when the cold or whatever has gone she still has blocked ears for months...
Try filling a bucket with boiling water and putting your head over it to breath in the steam, that can help to soften the fluid so it can run away or demazin can help too. Also blowing up balloons helps with the pressure after you have tried with the steam, it can help it pop and run out too. Try this for a few days til you get to your doctor.

usually you will see tiny bit of blood if you blow your nose. Sinus infection will NEVER go away unless you see a doctor and get an antibiotic medicine

you sound like you have vertigo. their is an in balance in your ears or you might have an ear infection causing the dizziness and ear popping. only way to know is to get to the Dr. you might want to go to an emergency room instead of waiting in discomfort.
